While our search calendar shows up to 3 months, your story can unfold much longer. Some Nooksians have woven 2.5 years of memories with us! Share your hoped-for timeline in your application. ✨

Room Essentials

Every room is thoughtfully equipped for comfort: bed with mattress & pillow, AC, window for natural light, plus practical touches like laundry basket, hangers, towels, sheets, desk, chair, lighting, and trash bin. Your cozy corner in our shared home. ✨

Membership Journey

Your fees naturally decrease as your commitment grows: start with initial rates (1-3 months), transition to mid-term rates (4-6 months), then unlock long-term rates from month 7 onwards.

  • Not necessarily! Sometimes life brings wonderful surprises. Drop us an email with your hoped-for dates and room preferences - we'll keep you in mind if something opens up unexpectedly. ✨

  • While we typically review short stays closer to the date, sometimes stars align in wonderful ways! Maybe your application sparkles with enthusiasm and resonates deeply with our community values. Or perhaps your timing perfectly matches a gap between other members' stays (like that magical January when someone's moving out on the 31st and our next member arrives February 1st!) Send us your hopes - you never know when the perfect timing might find you! ✨

  • For stays up to 3 months, you'll pay the entire period upfront (whether that's two weeks or three months). Planning to stay longer? After your initial period, you'll transition to monthly payments with a ₩1.5M deposit. Check our detailed fee guide for mid-term (4-6 months) and long-term rates (7+ months). And just a friendly note - we process payments through bank transfer only, but we're happy to provide invoices if needed! 🏦✨

That said, we welcome month-long stays when someone's story resonates deeply with our community's current chapter (usually one or two such connections each three months). During spring and autumn, Seoul's most vibrant seasons, longer stays naturally take priority. But here's a lovely truth: some of our most cherished community bonds began with shorter stays that grew longer - shared meals and late-night conversations have a way of reshaping plans!
